We met Ella on the set of Gordon Ramsays Food Stars show when she was tasked with crafting a bespoke menu for an exclusive event in Melbourne, shrouded in secrecy. With less than 24 hours to prepare, her and the team sprang into action, utilising Australian native flavours in every cocktail for a fast, yet delicious experience.
Ella’s masterpiece, the Precipice cocktail, stole the spotlight. Made with Brookies Slow Gin, 18th Amendment Bar Australian Dry Gin, Canberra Distillery Gin, Grapefruit and Quandong Syrup, Lemon, and Foam, it delights all who taste it.
