No — that's one of the best things about a pouch. Just open the spout to let some air in, close the lid, then shake it like a cocktail shaker and sip. You'll have a perfectly shaken cocktail ready to drink from the pouch or pour into a glass. If you do have a shaker and ice handy you'll get a slightly nicer crema, but it's not needed — the pouch does the work.

Unopened and stored cool, our cocktails have a shelf life of 12 to 18 months — each pouch has a "Best Enjoyed Fresh Before" guide on the rear label. We remove the oxygen during manufacturing and microbe-test our pouches with none present, so they keep beautifully. That said, for the best possible taste we recommend enjoying them within about a week of your order arriving.

We recommend drinking a pouch once it's open. If you'd like to save some for later, just squeeze the pouch to push out the air, reseal the lid, and it will keep for about another week in the fridge.
