We go halves (and sometimes a little more!) on shipping to keep things simple:

• FREE Standard Shipping: Orders over $150
• Express Shipping: $30
• International Shipping: Not available yet

To our international friends — we’re working on teleportation, but until then, we’re keeping things within Australia. Sorry, mates!

We aim to get your cocktails on the move quickly.

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 3–6 business days, depending on your location.

We aim to dispatch express orders within 12 hours when ordered on a business day. Delivery is typically within 2 business days where Australia Post’s Express Post delivery network applies.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 🔄✨

THE MXTOLOGY TASTE TRIUMPH GUARANTEE 🍸

We make a pretty bold claim about our cocktails — so we’re prepared to back it up.

If you try an MXTology cocktail and genuinely don’t think it stacks up against the best cocktails you’ve had, tell us.

Think of it like ordering a cocktail at the world’s most accommodating bar: if the sip doesn’t sing to your soul, we want to know about it.

Simply email cheers@mxtology.com.au and let us know:

• Your order number
• Which MXTology cocktail you tried
• Which cocktail you think tastes better — and where you had it

That last one is important! If someone is making a better cocktail, we want to try it, compare it and see what we can learn.

We’ll provide return instructions so you can send back what’s left of your cocktail — yes, you can take that all-important first taste.

Once the return is received and approved under our Taste Triumph Guarantee, we’ll refund the purchase price of the eligible cocktail. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

GLASSWARE & ACCESSORIES 🥂

For hygiene and safety reasons, glassware and accessories are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

This does not affect any rights you may have if an item arrives faulty, damaged or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 🚫

Gift cards and eGift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Nope, they’re not a new form of currency… yet.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS 🆘

Parcel looking like it had a tussle with a drop bear?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, leaking, or isn’t what you ordered, please email cheers@mxtology.com.au as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging where possible

We’ll review it and work with you to make things right.

REFUNDS 💸

Once we’ve approved your refund, we’ll process it back to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5 business days for the refund to appear, although processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
