Greetings, oh Connoisseur of the Cocktail Craft! 🍹✨

You've taken a bold step into the lush, verdant future of cocktail consumption with our unparalleled, ready-to-drink creations. A hearty toast to your adventurous spirit! We're all about clinking glasses (or pouches) to your forward-thinking gusto.

But, dear MXTologist, taste is as personal as your signature shake or stir. So here's our promise, in plain English.

The Guarantee: We're so confident in our MXTology magic that we're setting the bar higher than ever. If your first box doesn't claim the title of The Best Tasting Ready-to-Drink Cocktail you've ever had, we'll refund everything you paid for it. Cocktails, delivery, the lot. And we'll pay the return postage. 🌟🍸

How it works:

  1. Email cheers@mxtology.com.au within 30 days of your first box arriving. Include your order number and which cocktail you tried.
  2. We'll email you a prepaid return label. Pop what's left of the box in the post (yes, after you've had the all-important taste test).
  3. Once it reaches us, we refund the full amount you paid for that order to your original payment method. Allow about 5 business days for it to show up.

One small favour: tell us which cocktail beat ours, and where you had it. If someone's making a better cocktail, we want to try it and learn from it. It's not a condition of your refund, just a request from one cocktail lover to another.

The fine print, kept short:

  • The guarantee covers your first MXTology order: your first Club box, or your first pack. One per customer.
  • It's a taste guarantee, so the box needs to come back to us. Keep it in the fridge until the label arrives.
  • Subscription boxes after your first are covered by our Subscription policy. You can skip, change or cancel anytime.

For Everything Else: Our eco-chic glassware and gadgetry? Crafted to be the showstoppers of your social gatherings, they must find their forever home with you, as returning them would be like unmixing a cocktail: impossible and a tad less magical. Gift cards are non-refundable too.

Damaged, leaking or not what you ordered? Email cheers@mxtology.com.au with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
