About our rum cocktails
MXTOLOGY's rum cocktails are ready-to-drink rum cocktails made fresh in Australia, pouched in 130ml single serves at $14 each: the tiki-classic Mai Tai (14.8% ABV), the beach-day Piña Colada (11.3% ABV) and — surprise — our Espresso Martini (10.7% ABV), a deliberate spiced-rum twist on the 1980s vodka classic.
The Mai Tai blends two Plantation Jamaica rums with dry curaçao, almond orgeat and fresh lime, true to Trader Vic's 1944 original. The Piña Colada pairs Caribbean and spiced rums with pineapple and coconut milk pressed in-house from whole coconuts. And the Espresso Martini's warm spiced rum meets Australian coffee liqueur and fresh cold brew — shake the pouch and it builds a real crema in-vessel, something no can or bottle can do.
