Cocktails for Stadiums & Arenas | MXTOLOGY Stadium Venues
Half your crowd doesn't want another beer.
Game-day menus are built around beer and basic premix — while the fastest-growing drink in Australian venues is the cocktail. MXTOLOGY is a bar-quality cocktail sealed in a 130ml pouch — the pouch is the glass. It serves in 10 seconds flat at a 30,000-person surge, with no taps, no glassware and no bartenders.

Fans want cocktails. Stadium bars pour beer.
Look down any grandstand bar queue: beer, mid-strength beer, wine in plastic, and a basic vodka premix. A huge share of your crowd — especially the growing female audience driving record attendance — walks past the bar because nothing on it is for them. A real cocktail has never worked in a stadium:
- Cocktail service needs bartenders — impossible at half-time surge volumes
- Draught cocktail taps need install, gas, cellar space and line cleaning at every outlet
- Glassware is banned in every bowl in the country
- Three minutes a drink loses the queue before the second pour
The highest-margin drink in hospitality has been locked out of the biggest crowds in the country — until now.

The 10-second cocktail serve
MXTOLOGY cocktails are mixed fresh in Australia with real ingredients, then sealed into a 130ml pouch — a complete, bar-quality cocktail with its own drinking vessel. Your bar just hands it over. No taps, no kegs, no lines to clean, no glassware.

Chill the pouches
They stack flat in the fridge you already have — eleven cocktails on one shelf, in the space two keg lines would take. No tap install, no gas, no cellar.

Guest picks a flavour
They choose it themselves, straight off the ice. Eleven real cocktails on a printed menu we supply — no bartender to ask, no queue to explain it to.

Hand it over
Straight out of the tub and over the counter — sealed, single-serve, unbreakable and RSA-friendly. No pour, no garnish, no glass to wash. As fast as handing over a can.

Open · Close · Shake · Sip
Guests activate the cocktail in its own pouch — the shake livens the citrus and builds the crema. It's a bit of theatre in the stands, and it's the reason they come back for a second one.
Built for the half-time surge.
Surge-speed service
A pouch serves as fast as a can. One kiosk can pour an 11-cocktail menu at full crowd volume with zero extra staff.
Every seat, not every tap
Draught cocktails only exist where a tap is installed. A pouch sells anywhere in the bowl — kiosks, portables, in-seat service, corporate boxes.
Glass-free by design
Sealed, soft and unbreakable, with a resealable cap that cuts spills on the concourse and in the stands.
The other half of the crowd
Women are a fast-growing share of AFL, NRL and concert audiences. A Pornstar Martini on the menu is revenue you're currently sending home dry.
Zero wastage
No kegs half-poured on a quiet fixture, no lines to clean, no glass to collect. Unsold stock keeps 12–18 months for the next event.
Premium price point
Cocktails command a premium over beer at every venue that lists them — with no added labour, the margin stays yours.
The lanyard: cocktails that walk the concourse.
Every MXTOLOGY pouch clips onto a branded lanyard, so fans wear their cocktail instead of carrying it. That sounds small until you watch what it changes: they buy food on the same trip, they get back to their seat without a spill, and they never put a drink down to cheer. It's merch and a drink in one transaction — and every fan wearing one is advertising your bar to their whole bay.
- Hands-free in the stands — resealable between sips, no cup to kick over
- A natural bundle at the register: pouch + lanyard
- Every lanyard in the crowd is a walking menu board
- Fans keep it, wear it back next game, and refill it
Both hands free for the food run
A fan who can carry chips and a cocktail buys both. The drink stops competing with the food spend — and starts adding to it.
Back to the seat without a spill
No tray to balance down a packed row, nothing tipped into the seat in front. Sealed and resealable means fewer spills for your cleaning crew to chase.
The walk back stops costing you a sale
Two hands, three items and a flight of steps is why the second round never gets bought. Wearing the drink takes the trip out of the decision.
Your roving vendors can finally sell cocktails.
A hawker tray can carry beer and it can carry pouches — it can never carry a cocktail bar. Because every MXTOLOGY is finished and sealed, a vendor walking the aisles is a full cocktail menu on legs, reaching the fans who were never going to leave their seat at a crucial moment.
- Sells anywhere a can sells: aisles, kiosks, portables, corporate boxes
- Nothing to pour, measure or garnish — the serve is the handover
- Reaches the fans who won't give up their seat, and the queues that never form
- Unsold stock walks back to the coolroom and keeps for the next fixture

The crowd's tastes moved. The menu didn't.
Ready-to-drink cocktails are the fastest-growing pour in Australian venues — the demand is already inside your gates.
Cocktail kegs already proved stadium crowds buy cocktails. Pouches serve them at every outlet, not just the tap.

A made cocktail in the glass, in under 30 seconds.
In the suites, glass is allowed and expectations are higher — but a host still can't staff a cocktail bar in every box. Shake the pouch, pour it over ice, garnish, serve. Your box attendant hands over a genuine Tommy's Margarita in about the time it takes to pour a beer, with no bartender, no spirits inventory and no spillage behind the bar.
These aren't sugary premixes: real spirits, real citrus, 8.7–16% ABV, mixed fresh and pouched in Australia. Poured into a glass it reads as a made-to-order cocktail — because it is one.
- Turns every box attendant into a cocktail service, with no training
- Premium price point where guests already expect to pay it
- No open spirits to measure, count or write off at the end of the night
- Same stock as the concourse — one order, two very different price points

Eleven cocktails. One fridge shelf.
Each pouch is 130ml, 8.7–16% ABV (0.9–1.6 standard drinks) — a genuine single cocktail, not a share bottle. Tap any cocktail to see exactly what's in it.
The practical stuff.
Can we serve this at surge volumes?
Yes — that's the point. A pouch serves exactly like a can: grab, scan, hand over. No build time, no tap queue, and any casual staff member can pour the whole menu.
What about glass bans and missile policy?
The pouch is soft, sealed and unbreakable, with no cap-off projectile risk — it's compliant with standard prohibited-items policies that ban glass and cans in the bowl. We'll supply a spec sheet for your compliance team.
Does it work with our contract caterer?
Yes — we supply venues directly and through catering partners. If your F&B is run by a contract caterer, we're happy to pitch them alongside you or supply through your existing distributor.
What about our liquor licence?
MXTOLOGY is a packaged ready-to-drink product like the canned RTDs you already pour — venues typically serve it under their existing licence. In Queensland, note the post-midnight rule on premixed drinks over 5% ABV for late-running events.
What does it cost and what do we charge?
Pouches retail at $14 direct to consumers; venue pricing depends on volume — get in touch for trade rates. You set your own menu price, and with zero added labour and zero wastage the margin on every serve is yours.
What's actually in each one.
Real recipes with real spirits — every pouch is 130ml and mixed fresh in Australia. Strengths below are per pouch, so your team can answer an RSA question without looking anything up.
