The Granny Smith Fireball is what happens when you take that wild Fireball-shot energy and put it in the hands of a real bartender.

The bar-trade reputation of Fireball is unfair. The spirit itself — cinnamon whisky — is well-made. The problem is that nobody puts it in a real cocktail. It gets relegated to shot glasses and bonfires, treated as a punchline rather than an ingredient.
We treated it as an ingredient. A measured pour, anchored by the tartness of Granny Smith apple, lifted by lime, rounded by caramel, ballasted by a quiet measure of melon. The result is what cinnamon whisky tastes like when it's not being thrown back as a shot.

Granny Smith Apple
The acid that anchors the cocktail. Sharp enough to cut through the cinnamon, round enough to keep the drink balanced. Not apple flavouring — real Granny Smith character.
Cinnamon Whisky
Fireball-style cinnamon whisky brings the warm spice and the nod to the cocktail's name. But it's measured in at the ratio a serious bartender would use — not the shot-glass quantities.
Melon
The unexpected note. Soft sweetness underneath the apple and cinnamon — round, mellow, never cloying. The fruit that ties the cocktail's sharp edges together.
Caramel + Fresh Lime

Method
- Chill the pouch in the fridge for 2 hours, or freezer for 20 minutes.
- Open the seal — pouch takes in fresh air. Re-seal.
- Shake hard for 5 seconds.
- Pour over a big ice rock, in a coupe, or straight from the pouch.
- Drink within 5 minutes — top notes fade quickly.
