MXTOLOGY at Work — After-Work Drinks & Client Entertaining
Friday drinks, promoted.
Your team deserves better than warm beer and a bag of chips. MXTOLOGY delivers bar-quality cocktails to your office — real spirits, fresh ingredients, ready in thirty seconds. No shaker. No mixologist. No bar tab.
Great teams deserve better than beer-fridge Fridays.
Everyone wants a proper cocktail at office drinks. Nobody wants to be the one juggling a shaker, a jigger and a bag of ice while forty colleagues watch.
Beer, wine, repeat.
Office drinks default to whatever’s easy — because cocktails need equipment, ingredients and someone who actually knows how to make them. So the bar never gets raised.
Hired bartenders and bar tabs.
A mobile bartender costs a fortune and needs bench space, glassware and a run sheet. Take the whole team out instead and you’re at $22–28 a cocktail before anyone orders a second.
A cocktail bar in the office fridge.
Eleven world-class cocktails, made fresh in Australia with top-shelf spirits, delivered on a standing order. Chill, shake, pour. The whole bar, minus the bar.
Same team. Same Friday. Different bill.
A team of twenty, two cocktails each at monthly drinks, plus a few spare. Forty-four cocktails. Here are the two ways that lands on your card.
Bar figure uses $25, the middle of the $22–28 a capital-city bar charges for a made-to-order cocktail. Member rate is $11 a cocktail on a standing order; one-off boxes are $12 and single pouches are $14. Every box on this page ships free.

From fridge to “cheers” in thirty seconds.
Every pouch is a complete, perfectly-measured 130ml cocktail — real spirits and fresh ingredients, no mixing, no measuring, no mess. The intern pours the same drink as a bartender.
Two ways to keep the fridge stocked.
Start with a single box and see how the team goes. If it lands — and it does — put it on a standing order and it takes care of itself.
Try a box first
Order as much or as little as you like, no commitment. $12 a cocktail, delivered free. Most offices start with one Whole Gang box — all eleven flavours — and let the team vote with their hands.
Put it on a standing order
The best price we do anywhere — $11 a cocktail — plus priority when a flavour sells out, and a fridge that refills itself every four weeks. Pause, skip or cancel anytime. No contract, no lock-in.

Once you know what the office drinks, order it by the ten.
The first box tells you everything. By the second month most workplaces know their fridge runs on two or three flavours — so they stop buying the full eleven and start buying those by the ten-pack instead.
Same $11 a cocktail, same standing order, same free delivery. You’re just no longer stocking the three nobody reaches for.

Pouch on the rooftop.
Client function? Pour it into a coupe and let them guess which award-winning bar it came from. Casual knock-off on the terrace? Drink it straight from the resealable pouch — no glassware, no breakages, nothing to wash up on Monday.
Made fresh in Australia at 10–14% ABV with top-shelf spirits. These are proper cocktails, not soft-drink RTDs — and because an unopened pouch keeps for 12 to 18 months, a box in the cupboard means you’re never caught out when a client drops in unannounced.
Sending them home with one? We’ll put your logo on the label for client gifting, onboarding packs and settlement gifts — minimum 500 pouches, two weeks from artwork approval. Ask about it in the form below.

Built for offices, boardrooms and Friday 5pms.
No bar equipment
No shakers, jiggers, strainers or blenders. If your office has a fridge, it has a cocktail bar.
No expertise needed
Every pouch is a complete, perfectly-measured cocktail. The intern pours the same drink as a bartender.
Bar quality, not bar prices
A capital-city bar cocktail runs $22–28. Yours land at $11 on a standing order, delivered.
No glass, no mess
Resealable pouches — no broken bottles on the office floor, no washing up, barely any bin load on Monday.
Nothing goes to waste
Unopened pouches keep 12–18 months. Whatever Friday doesn’t finish is simply next Friday’s.
No lock-in, ever
Skip a delivery, change the size or pause the whole thing from your account in about ten seconds.
The questions every workplace asks.
Are we locked into the standing order? +
No. There’s no contract and no minimum term. Skip a delivery, change the quantity, swap the flavour mix or pause the whole thing from your account — it takes about ten seconds and you can do it as often as you like.
Most workplaces start with a single box, see how the team goes, and switch it to a standing order once they know the volume. That’s the cheapest way in and the easiest way out.
How much cheaper is the standing order, really? +
A single pouch is $14. A one-off box works out at $12 a cocktail. On a standing order it’s $11 a cocktail — our lowest price anywhere — with free express delivery on every box regardless of size.
The bigger saving isn’t the price, it’s the admin: nobody has to remember to reorder, chase a delivery or expense a bar tab. And when a flavour sells out — which happens, because every pouch is mixed by hand in small batches — standing-order boxes are packed before general orders go out.
How many should we order for our team? +
The rule of thumb is two cocktails per person, per session. A team of twenty doing drinks once a month lands at 40; the same team every second Friday needs 80. A team of ten doing weekly drinks is also 80.
Unopened pouches keep 12 to 18 months, so ordering over is never wasted — and the standing order is far easier to scale up after a month of real numbers than to guess at on day one.
Can we get a tax invoice? +
Yes. Every order issues a GST tax invoice to the email on the order automatically — add your company name and ABN at checkout and they appear on the invoice, ready for the books.
Payment is on ordering — card at checkout, or the same card charged automatically on each standing-order delivery. We don’t run 30-day accounts, which is exactly why there’s no credit application, no approval wait and no minimum spend to get started.
Where do we store them, and do we need any equipment? +
A fridge shelf. That’s it. Pouches lie flat and stack, so the whole eleven-cocktail menu takes up less room than a slab. No shakers, no jiggers, no glassware, no ice machine.
They don’t need to be refrigerated to keep — cold just makes them better. A box in the store cupboard is perfectly happy until the week you want it.
Is serving these at work a licensing problem? +
We supply as a licensed Australian retailer and every delivery requires someone 18 or over to sign for it. From there, serving them at a staff function is generally treated the same way as the beer and wine already in your office fridge.
Liquor rules differ by state, and we’re not in a position to advise on yours — if your workplace has a formal alcohol policy, check it against that. Every pouch is 10–14% ABV and clearly labelled, which is usually the detail your HR or facilities lead wants to see.
Can we put our logo on them for clients? +
Yes — co-branded labels for client gifting, onboarding packs, settlement gifts and event giveaways. They land well precisely because nobody else is handing out a real cocktail with your name on it.
Custom labels run to a minimum of 500 pouches with a two-week lead time from artwork approval. Tell us the date you need them in the form below and we’ll work back from it.
How fast does it arrive? +
Free express delivery Australia-wide, and every box on this page ships free whatever its size. Someone 18 or over needs to sign for it, so send it to the office rather than a home address.
Got a function this week? Say so in the form and we’ll tell you straight away whether we can make the date.
