Savannah in the Round Drinks 2026 — Glass-Free Campsite Cocktails for Mareeba
Four days in the tropics. Make camp the good bit.
Savannah's festival precinct is completely dry — no BYO past the gate, no glass anywhere on site. Which makes your campsite the only bar you actually control. Stock it with twelve bar-made cocktails that clip to a lanyard, reseal against the heat, and never need a cup.
Or build your own: $14 a pouch · $13 each on 3+ · $12 each on 6+ · pick your cocktails →
Every Savannah Pack includes Express Post — or mix your own and pick Express Post 2-day for $30 at checkout. We dispatch from Canberra and Far North Queensland is our longest lane, so Express still needs a few business days to Mareeba. Order by 4pm Thursday 1 October and it's home before you pack the car for gates on Thursday 8 October.
Last orders 4pm Thursday 1 OctoberIt rained at the Mundi Mundi Bash. Nobody put their drink down.
Hundreds of Bash-goers took MXTOLOGY out onto the Mundi Mundi Plains last month. Then the rain came in. They clipped the pouch to the lanyard and kept dancing — both hands up, drink still going, nothing to spill and nothing to break. That's the whole idea: a bar cocktail you can wear. Savannah's campgrounds are the same deal — BYO, no glass, long hot nights. Same pouch, same lanyard, same result.
The Savannah Pack — twelve rounds, one box.

The curated dozen for four days on the Tablelands
- 2× Pornstar Martini
- 2× Fabulous Cosmopolitan
- 1× Espresso Martini
- 1× Tommy's Margarita
- 1× Piña Colada
- 1× Elderflower Gin Gimlet
- 1× Aussie Berry Bliss
- 1× Shiso Sour
- 1× Granny Smith Fireball
- 1× Amaretto Whisky Sour
- Ten different cocktails — enough range that the whole camp finds one, and doubled up on the crowd-pleasers so nobody misses out.
- Nothing else to pack — no spirits, no mixers, no shaker, no limes, no cups. Twelve finished cocktails, and that's the whole bar.
- Standard drinks printed on every label (0.9–1.6 per pouch) — easy to pace across four hot nights.
- Free lanyard in the box — clip it on, both hands back.
Twelve bar cocktails at festival-bar prices: $264–$336. Here: $159 with Express Post included. Twelve singles on the 6+ rate plus $30 Express would be $174 — the pack is $15 cheaper, with the choosing done for you.

Clip it on and get your hands back.
Four days at Kerribee Park in October means a fan in one hand and a camp chair in the other. Every MXTOLOGY order comes with a lanyard, and the pouch clips straight onto it — so the cocktail hangs on your chest and both hands stay free for the chorus.

- Wear it, don't carry it. The cocktail hangs on your chest. Both hands free for the chair, the fan and the chorus.
- Reseal and walk. Cap it between sips and wander three sites down. It's still there when you get back.
- Seals against the heat and the bugs. An open can in tropical October collects company fast. A resealed pouch doesn't.
- No cups, no washing up. The pouch is the vessel. Drink straight from the spout, or pour it over ice — nothing to wash in the morning.
- Free lanyard with every order. The one Gordon Ramsay is wearing further down this page.
You do the ten-second shake. We did the ten years behind the bar.
These aren't premix. Every recipe is built to bar spec with real spirits and real citrus, mixed fresh in Australia, then sealed while it's still a cocktail. The last step — the bit a bartender does with a shaker — is yours, and it takes ten seconds.
Open
Crack the cap and let a breath of air in. The pouch expands like a shaker tin.
Close
Seal it back up tight. Now you're holding a shaker with the drink already in it.
Shake
Ten seconds. This is what builds the crema on the sours and lifts the citrus — exactly what a bartender's shaker does. A bottle can't. A can can't.
Sip
Straight from the pouch, or over ice in whatever's clean. Bar-quality, in the shade of a pandanus.
What a bar charges for a Piña Colada, versus what one costs in the Savannah Pack — no queue, no walk back, no closing time. And the Piña Colada and Tommy's Margarita in this pack are the ones that actually work at thirty degrees.

“I’ll just decant some spirits into soft drink bottles.”
Fair enough — plenty of people do, and it works. But it's a plan for getting drunk, not a plan for a good drink. Here's the honest comparison.
Half a dozen bottles of mystery
- Buy the spirits, the mixers, the limes and the ice — then find something to carry it all in.
- Pour it at home and hope you got the ratio right. No jigger at camp, no second chance.
- Pack cups, a knife, a board, a bottle opener, and something to wash them in.
- It's warm bourbon and flat cola by 9pm, and nobody knows how strong anything is.
- Cups and half-full bottles all over the site in the morning, and it all has to come home again.
One item. Already a cocktail.
- Made at bar spec by people who do this for a living, with real spirits and real citrus.
- Ten seconds of shaking is the entire preparation. No measuring, no mixers, no shaker.
- The pouch is the vessel — nothing to pack, nothing to wash, nothing to break.
- Icy cold from the esky, and exactly as strong as the label says: 0.9–1.6 standard drinks.
- Reseals, clips to the lanyard, and packs out flat when you bump out.
Both plans get you a drink. Only one of them tastes like the bar you'd actually choose. And at $12–$14 a cocktail, it's cheaper than the round you'd buy anywhere with a bar.
Why it works in the Mareeba campground.
Built for the heat
Ten styles including Piña Colada and Tommy's Margarita — the ones that actually work at thirty degrees and high humidity.
Zero glass, anywhere
The whole site is glass-free. Pouches are glass-free and crush-proof, so nothing gets confiscated at the gate.
Hands-free on the lanyard
Clip it on and wear your cocktail. Both hands back for the camp chair and the chorus. Free lanyard with every order.
Nothing else to pack
No spirits, no mixers, no cups, no limes. Twelve pouches and your camp bar is fully stocked for four days.
Packs flat, both ways
130ml a serve. A round of real cocktails weighs less than one wine bottle and folds down to nothing when you bump out.
Keeps 12 months
CitrusFresh™ keeps them fresher than 98% of bars, so whatever camp doesn't get through comes home just as good.
“You've given people their most valuable resource back. Their time. It's bloody brilliant.”
What festival-goers say about the cocktails in this pack.
Verified Okendo reviews left on the individual MXTOLOGY cocktails inside the Savannah Pack, by people who took them camping and to festivals.
Outstanding.
“Was camping and needed to dilute as the flavours are wonderfully strong. Added a bit of soy milk, nervous it would ruin it. No it didn't. The flavours in this was amazing, the frothy coconut and pineapple topping is well worth the mixing — will be buying again”
Pick me up!!
“Bought for the Mundi Mundi Bash, these were just the little pick me up, either as a starter or as s nice finisher. No glass makes them a perfect festival and travel addition”
Best way to drink
“One of my favorite cocktails in the easiest way to drink it. Even better that it's in a pouch, and attached to the lanyard... No glass means I can be in more places with my drink.”
Amazing summer party starter
“Luv luv luved these babies....... was able to socialise and dance while not putting my drink down. These should be available at every club and festival”
Mai Tai
“No glass, no swag, Just rum in a bag. Sip, smile, relax Tastes like beach and snacks.”
Delicious
“Unreal got to carry away with the lanyard”
Can you take your own drinks to Savannah in the Round?
To your campsite, yes — and that's where four days of drinking actually happens. Savannah is stricter than most festivals: the festival precinct is completely dry, with no BYO alcohol of any kind and a glass-free rule that covers even water and soft drink (sealed, non-glass only). Bags are searched on entry and anything that shouldn't be there is confiscated. BYO is welcome back at the campgrounds, Rent a Tent and Glamping areas, and with no glass allowed anywhere on site, a pouch is about as easy as it gets. MXTOLOGY suits that neatly — each pouch is a complete, bar-quality cocktail (8.7–16% ABV, 0.9–1.6 standard drinks) in an unbreakable, resealable 130ml pouch that clips to a lanyard. Mareeba is about an hour up the range from Cairns and the last real stop, so order online before you travel: the Savannah Pack includes Express Post Australia-wide.
Four things worth sorting before you drive up the range.
None of it is complicated — but it's a lot easier to sort in your driveway than at the gate:
- The precinct is dry. No alcohol at all past the festival gate — bags are searched, and anything found is confiscated without return.
- BYO lives at your campground. Campgrounds, Rent a Tent and Glamping areas all allow your own drinks. Stock it properly and your site is the one everybody ends up at.
- Glass-free everywhere. Water and soft drink into the precinct must be sealed and non-glass. Pouches pack flatter than bottles anyway.
- Mareeba is the last real stop. About an hour up from Cairns — order to your door and skip the bottle-shop detour entirely.
✕ Into the precinct
No alcohol of any kind. No glass. Sealed water and soft drink only, plus food, a camp chair, a blanket and your camera.
✓ At your campground
Your own drinks are welcome — and with no glass allowed anywhere on site, a sealed, resealable pouch on a lanyard is about as easy as it gets.
Express Post is included on this pack. Nothing to select, nothing added at checkout. We dispatch from Canberra, and Far North Queensland is the longest lane we run — Express still needs a few business days to Mareeba, more than the southern states. Order by 4pm Thursday 1 October and it'll be sitting at home waiting, well before you pack the car for gates on Thursday 8 October.
Savannah in the Round drinks, answered.
What's in the Savannah Pack?
Twelve pouches, weighted to the crowd-pleasers: 2× Pornstar Martini and 2× Fabulous Cosmopolitan, plus one each of Espresso Martini, Tommy's Margarita, Piña Colada, Elderflower Gin Gimlet, Aussie Berry Bliss, Shiso Sour, Granny Smith Fireball and Amaretto Whisky Sour. $159 with Express Post included — last orders 4pm Thursday 1 October.
Can I take these into the festival precinct?
No — and neither can anyone else. Savannah's festival precinct is completely dry: no BYO alcohol of any kind, and it's a glass-free zone. Bags are searched on entry. These are for your campground, where BYO is welcome and where most of a four-day festival actually happens.
Is glass allowed anywhere on site?
No. Savannah runs a glass-free site — even water and soft drink taken into the precinct must be in sealed non-glass containers. MXTOLOGY pouches are completely glass-free and crush-proof.
How long will delivery take to Far North Queensland?
Longer than it takes to the southern states. We post out of Canberra, so Mareeba and Cairns are the longest run we do — Express still needs a few business days. Gates open on 8 October, so order by 4pm Thursday 1 October and the earlier the better. Express Post is included with the pack either way.
How does the hands-free lanyard work?
Every order comes with a free MXTOLOGY lanyard, and the pouch clips straight onto it — so the cocktail hangs on your chest and both hands stay free. Reseal the cap between sips and you can wander the campground, set up a chair or find the shade without putting your drink down anywhere.
Are these actually bar-quality, or are they premix?
Bar-quality. Every recipe is built to bar spec with real top-shelf spirits and real citrus, mixed fresh in Australia at 8.7–16% ABV, then sealed. The one step left is the shake — ten seconds in the pouch does exactly what a bartender's shaker does, including building the crema on the sours. Gordon Ramsay chose them for his winning team on Food Stars, and 1,200+ verified reviews average 4.9 stars.
How do you drink a cocktail pouch?
Open · Close · Shake · Sip: unscrew the cap to let air in, close the lid, shake for ten seconds to liven the citrus and build the crema, then drink straight from the spout — or pour it over ice. No shaker, no mixers, nothing to wash up.
Is twelve enough for four days?
Most campers land around 2–3 a day, so a twelve-pack is roughly three a night across the festival for one person, or a nightly round for a group of three or four. Anything you don't get through keeps for months and comes home with you.
How many standard drinks is a pouch?
Between 0.9 and 1.6 standard drinks depending on the cocktail (8.7–16% ABV), printed on every label — much easier to pace across four days in the heat than free-pouring spirits at camp.
Do the pouches need to stay cold?
They're best icy-cold from the esky, and in Mareeba in October the ice is doing the real work anyway. The sealed pouch is happy alongside your cans on ice, and unopened pouches keep for months.
